Responsibilities

  • Experience in B2B Sales within the travel industry.

  • Good connection and network with the Travel Agent and Tour Operator.

  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities by evaluating travel companies' needs.

  • Actively promoting company products through cold calling and identifying more selling possibilities.

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services as per the local area requirements.

  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences.

  • Negotiate/close deals and handle queries from start to finish by coordinating with the operation teams.

  • Collaborate with overseas team members to achieve better results.

  • Gather feedback from Travel Agencies or prospects and share it with internal teams.

  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new products.

  • Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English.

  • Should be able to achieve targets given by the head office.

Requirements

  • Must have a passion for tourism.

  • Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be well organized with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments and be willing to get involved in projects with varying degrees of difficulty.

  • Must demonstrate willingness to work as an individual and in a group.

  • Must have a strong desire for tourism sales with a focus on career and industry growth.

  • Must establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.

  • Ability to establish/develop selective selling techniques for soliciting events and groups during dates most beneficial to the local visitor economy.

  • Ability to make verbal presentations to groups of various sizes.

  • Will demonstrate exceptional skills in sales, customer relations, communications, and problem-solving.

  • Ability to project and recognize potential problems and implement corrective action.

Salary range: Up to USD 1,200 Net
