Responsibilities
As a Marketing Manager with a knack for strategic vision, sharp business acumen, and a deep passion for the explosive growth of global e-commerce and innovative SaaS solutions for Shopify/eCommerce Brands, you’re exactly who we’re looking for. At the company, you’ll drive marketing efforts for a global SaaS product with over 70,000 active users from 132 countries, including key markets like the US and Europe. Our platform supports top e-commerce brands, giving you the chance to thrive in a rapidly growing industry and work closely with leading global businesses. You’ll lead a talented team across Performance, Partnership, Content, and Business Development, using a Product-Led Growth model to achieve outstanding results.
Top 3 Priority:
Collaborating with the Product Team and BOD to develop marketing and business development strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives.
Designing and executing Growth & Inbound marketing activities.
Managing Brand & Communications activities including PR, community engagement, social media, and event marketing to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Partnerships:
Cultivating strategic partnerships and participating in partnership activities to expand the company's network and opportunities for growth.
Product & Performance Marketing:
Conducting a thorough analysis of the user journey to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Identifying opportunities to increase customer lifetime value, retention rates, and referrals to foster long-term customer relationships.
Team Management:
Building and leading a highly effective marketing team (including Sales function), focusing on workflow, operation process, winning team culture, etc
Establishing clear goals, KPIs, and OKRs to track and measure the performance of the marketing department.
Coordinating with internal teams such as product, design, and customer success to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years as a Marketing Manager or similar roles in a SaaS company.
Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English (IELTS 7.0 - 8.0).
Background in fostering partnerships, community engagement, and driving global business development (B2B).
Track record of effectively leading and expanding product marketing strategies for SaaS/technology products on a global scale.
Proficiency in utilizing CRM and Marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, Hotjar, etc.
Strong inclination toward data-driven decision-making, adept at handling both quantitative and qualitative data to track, measure, and assess campaign outcomes.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills and adeptness in interpersonal interactions.
A leadership style that integrates both creative and analytical approaches.

Previous experience in managing teams of 10 people or more.
