Responsibilities
Manage IT Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all systems and technologies are operating efficiently and securely.
Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Technical Strategy: Develop and implement IT strategies that support business goals, ensuring alignment with current and future organizational needs.
Project Management: Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, implementations.
Quality Assurance: Ensure rigorous QA processes are in place for all IT products and systems, including performance testing and system audits.
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support and resolve any IT-related issues quickly and effectively.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT systems, projects, and processes, including performance reports.
Requirements
Fluency in English is essential.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in IT management, including both front-end and back-end development and QA processes.
Technical Skills: Expertise in multiple technologies, including but not limited to front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Wordpress), back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java), and QA methodologies (Automated testing) and tools.
Leadership: Proven experience managing and leading teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Project Management: Experience with IT project management, including knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
