We seek a highly motivated experienced quantitative/algo developer to join our trading team. We are especially interested in candidates who can demonstrate an aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking. The trading team at our company investigates a wide variety of technical and trading problems, so a keen intellect and a voracious appetite for learning are key characteristics of a successful incumbent. The primary responsibility of the role involves:

• Ongoing maintenance and performance improvements on the existing algorithms or trading strategies.

• Throughout the process of development, the quant/algo dev will work closely with traders, fellow algo developers, and core developers to develop trading strategies and be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of these strategies.
