As the company's Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will oversee the entire technology infrastructure that powers our business. You will lead the development of our internal and SAAS products, ensuring their seamless integration into our existing ecosystem. The CTO will play a critical role in building a scalable and secure technology environment that supports our growth in the dynamic e-commerce landscape of Southeast Asia.

Technology Strategy & Leadership:

• Define and execute a technology roadmap that aligns with our business objectives, focusing on building and scaling our data analytics capabilities, and internal and SAAS products.

• Lead the whole technology hub in Vietnam, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Drive product development efforts, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.

Infrastructure & Architecture:

• Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of the company’s tech infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.

• Establish and maintain robust systems and processes for software development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Ensure that our technology stack supports our business needs across e-commerce management, digital marketing, and market intelligence.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate closely with the Group CEOs and regional leadership team to align product development with technical capabilities, ensuring a seamless go-to-market strategy for the SAAS product.

• Engage with external industry stakeholders, partners, and customers to understand technology needs and drive innovation.

Operational Excellence:

• Implement best practices in software development, data management, and cybersecurity.

• Manage technology budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships effectively.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (i.e. ISO 27001:2013, GDPR, etc.) and industry best practices, particularly in the data sector
