Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Mid / Senior Full Stack Developer with strong frontend expertise to take ownership of our customer-facing web application. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building robust, scalable web applications and a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional frontend capabilities while maintaining solid backend skills. This remote position will collaborate daily with our existing development team in Vietnam.
Take full ownership of our customer-facing web application that serves a large volume of users and data
Architect, develop, and maintain frontend systems with a focus on performance, user experience, and scalability
Contribute to backend development and integration with existing systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to our tech stack
Requirements
4+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong focus on frontend (60/40 frontend/backend split.
Expert knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular.
Strong proficiency in responsive design principles.
Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Experience with database design and management (MongoDB).
Proven ability to build and deploy applications at scale.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with data visualization libraries.
Knowledge of security best practices and implement secure authentication systems.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS).
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with MUI (Material UI).
Previous work in fraud detection, fintech, or real estate technology.
Experience working in a startup environment.
