Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Project Manager to oversee and
Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, SMA, social media marketing, content marketing, video production, creative works, and KOL management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of campaigns. Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com or ClickUp is essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Coordinate and oversee tasks across teams handling SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, creative production, video production, and KOL/influencer marketing.
Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, assigning tasks to team members and ensuring deadlines are met.
Use project management tools such as Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms to track progress, manage workloads, and communicate updates.
Act as the central point of contact for internal teams, external stakeholders, clients, and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and task execution.
Monitor campaign progress and proactively address any issues or delays, escalating as needed to keep projects on track.
Ensure quality control for all deliverables, verifying they meet campaign objectives and brand standards.
Regularly report on project status, campaign performance, and key milestones to stakeholders.
Foster positive relationships with clients, team members, and vendors, ensuring collaboration and alignment on campaign goals.
Propose and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and overall team performance.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital marketing, with a deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, creative works, video production, and KOL/influencer management.
Proficiency in project management tools like Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence to effectively manage and motivate internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to meet deadlines, resolve conflicts, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with campaign analytics and performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and ad platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges.
Ability to translate client objectives into actionable campaign plans and deliverables.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Certification in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns for high-profile brands or in competitive industries.
Familiarity with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a bonus.
