We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. You will be working collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, and product managers to make our products easier to use and understand. You will need a strong technical background to be able to understand complex technical architecture and processes to turn it into something more easily digestible by end users.

• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.

• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.

• Write easy-to-understand user and administrator guides for external customers.

• Review and maintain documentation to keep it up to date with feature releases and current product offerings.

• Create, manage, and maintain documentation, including versioning.
