We are seeking a Rust Backend Engineer to join our project. This role requires a strong background in building applications that run on Kubernetes, focusing on developing Kubernetes Operators. You will work closely on end-to-end projects in a dynamic environment and collaborate with the team to build infrastructure, design microservices, and ensure adherence to financial industry security standards. While prior experience with Kubernetes Operators is not mandatory, a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

• Develop and manage Kubernetes Operators using the kube-rs library

• Design and automate microservice deployments within Kubernetes environments

• Debug production and deployment issues in a Kubernetes-based infrastructure

• Follow finance industry best practices on security, including PCI DSS requirements

• Collaborate with the team on integrating Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and CQRS with Event Sourcing (ES) where applicable
